Delegation Of Power
(1) The Government of Nepal may delegate some of the power out of the power conferred to it pursuant to the Act and these Rules to the Ministry of Land Reform and Management or department.
(2) Out of the power received pursuant to Sub-rule(1), the department may delegate some power to the General Survey Office.
